  • When MY item is prepaid. Do I need to show any document when collecting it?
    Yes. Please show your ID to the delivery associate / pick up station. It can be your Driver's License, Work ID or your Passport.
  • How do i cancel my order?
    You can cancel your order by ​contacting our Customer Service!
  • Do I need an account to shop on our store?
    NO, You dont need an existing account to shop with us, But if you have account with us, you can enjoy our reward Program
  • How can I track my order?
    We will send you regular updates about your order via emails and SMS, Once your order has left our warehouse. you can track by your tracking number.
  • How about our Delivery timeline?
    Our business days is Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends. Door Delivery: Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you. Delivery will be attempted 3 times over 5 days (7.00 am to 5.30pm ) after which the item will be cancelled. Pick Up Station: Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to when you receive the first SMS to pick up your order from our pickup station. Please note: 9mobile subscribers may be unable to receive text messages. Ensure you pickup your item within 5 days, otherwise it will be cancelled.
  • Cash On Delivery?
    No, Sorry, please pay for your order in full, in advance, by Paypal or Credit Card
  • How to return faulty goods?
    Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having. mostly times we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without you having to send anything back. If there are irremediable defects with the devices, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under our twelve months warranty. Please email our Customer Service Department at: service@solarpowerpro.com, we will offer you a return code (e.g. RETURN12345) and our return address, along with additional important instructions.
